- If you are not approved for a New Jersey medical marijuana certification during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled visit at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may not qualify for a refund.
3. Billing Errors / Duplicate Charges
- If a billing error or duplicate payment occurs, a full refund will be issued after verification.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain fees and services are non-refundable:
- State registration fees paid directly to the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.
- If you are approved by a physician but fail to complete your New Jersey state application, you are not eligible for a refund.
